When coverage exists
A quote, website visit, phone conversation or application does not by itself establish coverage. Coverage depends on the insurer’s acceptance, required payment and the terms and effective date of an issued policy.

Premiums, benefit amounts, exclusions, waiting periods and other limits must be reviewed in the actual policy. No-exam wording does not establish guaranteed approval or immediate full benefits. Life insurance for cremation expenses is not the same as a prepaid cremation contract.
